JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced floor staff who enjoys being part of a fun and enthusiastic team. This person will need to be capable of serving tables and communicating with customers and the team.


Applicants will be experienced wait staff store who are team orientated, fast-paced, and have a passion for customer service!

Your responsibilities will include, and not be limited to:

  • Taking Orders
  • Serving food , Hot and Cold Drinks
  • Provide recommendations in accordance to our patrons needs.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to all customers and be an exceptional role model for your team
  • Foster an environment of respect, collaboration and teamwork within the store

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

All-rounder
Bartender
Food & Beverage Attendant
Waitstaff
Flight Attendant / Grounds Crew

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 6 months previous experience in the above or similar roles.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 6 months  experience in a similar position
  • The ability to work with efficiency and speed whilst maintaining quality
  • Enthusiasm with all tasks and the ability to work with confidence under pressure
  • A willingness to work with the team as well as unsupervised
  • Applicants must be flexible and be available to work a variety of day and weekend shifts
  • 3 plate carry
